Anweshi through its various activities attempts to address the issue of rising gender based violence in the state of Kerala. Our strength lies in the commitment towards gender justice and women's rights. Anweshi’s services are used by women from all economic classes, castes and religious communities, especially from the poorer and marginalized sections of Kerala society. Anweshi’s work has been recognized both at the state as well as at the national levels. While some of its activities are concentrated in Kozhikode and the neighbouring districts of north Kerala, others extend across the state ..
